COVID-19 coronavirus statement

24th March

After the Prime Minister’s address last night outlining new stricter measures designed to prevent the further spread of the Covid-19 virus, many businesses have been forced to close.  We have sought clarification on this, and because Rosewood falls into the category of housing construction and maintenance, as things stand currently, we are able to go on with our work as long as the appropriate Public Health social distancing guidelines are followed.

This means we can continue with installations and spring start-up services.  However, in order to protect both clients and our workforce, we intend to limit face-to-face interaction to the absolute minimum.  If gates, garage doors, sheds etc. can be unlocked in advance, we can enter the premises and access controllers etc. without any contact with clients during the work, thus making sure that we operate as safely as possible.

Naturally our main concern is the health and the peace of mind of both our staff and our customers.  If government guidelines or requirements change, we will post further updates to keep you informed.

With very best wishes to you and your loved ones

Stay safe
